“I had a Reiki session with Karen Ly of Trust In Divine Timing, LLC, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing, grounding experiences I’ve ever had. She worked on me right in the middle of my workday, and within minutes I found myself drifting in and out of a dreamlike state. What amazed me most was how my dreams seemed to mirror the areas she was focusing on—like my body and spirit were in perfect conversation with her energy work.
I’ve had four other Reiki sessions in my lifetime, but this one was by far the most beneficial. I’m a massage therapist and had already given three massage sessions before my appointment with Karen, and then two more afterward. Normally, I’d be feeling fatigued and sore by the end of a day like that, but instead I ended my day pain-free, energized, and completely rejuvenated. That night, I slept deeply and peacefully—a true testament to how powerful her work is.
As a Christian, I also deeply appreciated how respectfully Karen honored my faith throughout the session. She created a safe, sacred space that felt completely aligned with my beliefs. I know that here in the Bible Belt, some people feel hesitant about Reiki, but I truly believe there’s no conflict. The Bible tells us God created all things—and science confirms that everything He created carries vibration and frequency. Physics teaches that every atom, every cell, every sound wave resonates with energy. Reiki simply works with that God-given energy to restore balance and peace.
